Natural Energy from the Tropics
Cashew nuts – also known simply as cashews – are widely used in the food industry, known for their mildly buttery texture and neutral flavor.
Traditionally used as a natural source of energy and healthy fats, cashews are now recognized as a standardized ingredient rich in protein, minerals, and unsaturated fatty acids.
Thanks to careful processing and kernel selection, they offer stable quality throughout production and packaging processes.
Originally from tropical regions, cashews are now cultivated and processed in several countries. Based on average export data from the past five years, the leading exporters are Vietnam (63%) and India (13%).
